It should be noted that this information will be updated whenever, by law and / or company procedure, changes will be made to the current management method of your personal data.

    2 Type of data processed

Pursuant to Article 4 of EU Regulation 2016/679, the data covered by this document are qualified as "personal data" or as any information concerning a natural person identified or identifiable directly or indirectly.

It is specified that your personal data object of our treatment are:

    Name and surname
    Residence address
    Fiscal Code
    VAT number
    E-mail
    Mobile number
    Iban code
    Data relating to your images such as photos or images for the presence in the company of a video surveillance system

 

    3 Purpose of the processing

The data is processed and stored for the management of commercial and administrative relations relating to the sale and repair of visors and accessories.

Furthermore, your personal data may be processed for the purposes of marketing and commercial information carried out by our Company following the consent you have given.

 

    4 Retention period

The data is stored both electronically and in paper form. The original documentation / copy is kept at:

    Our headquarters;
    the accountant's office;
    the conservation delegate;

The data are kept for the entire duration of the commercial relationship; while at the end of the same, only those personal data contained in the tax documents will be kept to comply with the provisions of the law. The data is stored at providers and / or external companies located in EU countries.

 

    5 Processing methods

The term processing methods in this context describes the technical and organizational methodologies implemented by Seecle to ensure appropriate and safe management and storage of data. The data are processed electronically and on paper and are accessible only to authorized personnel by issuing specific and individual access permits.

 

    6 Communication and dissemination

Your data is communicated both electronically via company email or certified e-mail and in paper form to the following subjects:

    to credit institutions for aspects relating to the management of payments;
    to the tax consultancy firm for the related obligations;
    to the business consultants indicated in the previous art. 4;
    to the judicial or inspection authorities in case of their requests;
    to the Delegate for Digital Preservation;

 

Your data will not be disclosed.

 

    7 The rights of the interested party

The interested party has the right to receive clear information on the methods and purposes of processing his data. He is required to give his explicit consent which he can revoke at any time. However, it should be noted that this revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent issued before the revocation itself. The interested party has the right to access his data together with the right to obtain the correction of any inaccurate information concerning him; in the event of opposition to the processing, our company will limit the use of your data. In the absence of the conditions referred to in Article 3 above, our Company will delete your data deemed no longer necessary.

Furthermore, pursuant to art. 17 of EU Regulation 2016/679, the interested party has the right, known as the "right to be forgotten", to cancel and de-index on the internet and in the virtual world; in this case the data will be deleted in compliance with the conditions established by law.

    8 The right to data portability

Each interested party has the right to the portability of his data or the right to transfer his data from one electronic system to another. This situation occurs in the case of processing of your original data in digital preservation.

 

     9 The right to object and profiling

Pursuant to art. 19 and art. 20 of the 2016/679 European Regulation, each interested party has the right to object to the processing of data for excessive and different purposes than those indicated and the subject of this information and the right not to be subjected to profiling measures. The company does not carry out any profiling activities.

 

     10 Data security

The Data Controller and the Data Processing Manager and each person in charge implement the security measures considered most suitable to guarantee security in the processing and storage of data.
