1. General Provisions

These general conditions of sale (hereinafter, "General Conditions") apply to all sales of products or services (hereinafter, "Products" or "Product", "Services" or Service ") purchased through the website https : //www.hz-area.com/ (hereinafter, "Site").

The use of the distance selling service described in these General Conditions is reserved exclusively for consumers (hereinafter, "Customers" or the "Customer"), understood as natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to their commercial, business or professionally carried out.

The languages ​​available to conclude the contract are Italian and English.

The Customer is required to carefully read the General Conditions that have been made available to him on the Site, in order to allow them to be stored and reproduced by the Customer pursuant to art. 12 of the Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70.

Any changes, corrections or updates to the General Conditions may be made without notice and will be effective from the moment of their publication.

Contracts concluded with

hz-area.com (as defined below) through the Site are governed by Italian law and, in particular, by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 ("Consumer Code") and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70 (hereinafter, the “Ecommerce Decree”)

4. Price

The prices of the products are inclusive of all taxes and duties where due except for any delivery costs. All prices are expressed in € (Euro) and can be converted into available currencies.

5. Order of Products

The essential characteristics and prices of the Products and / or Services are shown in the sheet relating to each Product and / or Service.

To purchase the Products and / or Services, the Customer must complete and send the order form in electronic format to hz-area.com, following the instructions contained on the Site. 6. Methods of payment

The Customer may choose to pay the price of the Products and / or Services and the related delivery costs using one of the following methods offered:

Ineffectiveness of the order No contract must be considered concluded between hz-area.com and the Customer if hz-area.com has reasonable grounds to believe that the Customer does not operate on the basis of an effective and genuine interest in purchasing the ordered products, or exercises in an abusive manner the right of withdrawal recognized by article 12 below. In such cases, the order submitted by the Customer must be deemed to have no effect whatsoever. hz-area.com will send the Customer, by e-mail, a communication certifying the failure to conclude the Contract, also taking care of the cancellation of any charge and / or expense charged to the Customer.

9. Transport and delivery

The Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer. The Customer has the right to request delivery of the products to a natural person of his choice, whose residence or domicile is within the countries served. At the time of delivery, the signature of an adult over 18 years of age will be required. No deliveries will be made to post office boxes. For each order placed on the Site, hz-area.com issues a receipt or invoice (on request) for the goods shipped, placing it in the package or sending it by e-mail or post to the order holder, pursuant to Presidential Decree 445/2000 and of Legislative Decree 52/2004. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is valid. No change in the invoice will be possible after it has been issued. Any delivery costs are charged to the customer and can be consulted in the "Shipping" section and clearly highlighted in the order form. All purchases will be delivered by express courier chosen by the customer during the purchase from those proposed by hz-area.com (hereinafter, "Courier") from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays. hz-area.com is not responsible for unforeseeable delays. If necessary, hz-area.com reserves the right to use a different delivery service than the one selected by the Customer. hz-area.com will send the Customer a confirmation e-mail once the Products have been shipped, in which the shipment tracking number will be specified, through which it will be possible to view, after entering the courier's website, the status of the shipment. In any case, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, in accordance with Article 54 of the Consumer Code, the Products and / or Services will be delivered within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the day following that in to which the Customer sent the ahz-area.com order, unless hz-area.com communicates - within the same term, by e-mail - the impossibility of delivering the ordered goods following the unavailability, even temporary, of the Products and / or Services. In the event of such communication, hz-area.com will refund any sums already paid by the Customer for the payment of the supply as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 30 (thirty) days from the day following the sent the order to hz-area.com. In the event that, in response to hz-area.com communication of a delay in the delivery date, the Customer wishes to confirm the Order, any amount already paid will be retained by hz-area.com. For the delivery of the goods, the presence of the Customer or his representative must be present at the address of the recipient indicated in the order. Upon delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document and that the package is intact or not altered. Any damage to the package and / or the Products or the mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately notified by means of a written check on the Courier's proof of delivery. Once the Courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of the package delivered.


10. Right of withdrawal

Conditions (Text updated with the entry into force of Directive 2011/83 / EU implemented with Legislative Decree 21 February 2014 n.21)

The consumer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days for the goods from the day of their receipt. for services from the day of the conclusion of the "online" contract. Pursuant to Article 54 of Legislative Decree no. 21 February 2014 21, for the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the consumer is required to notify (before the expiry of the term indicated above).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a communication to the following address: info@hz-area.com containing:

    a) the manifestation of the will to exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 64 of the Consumer Code;
    b) the indication of the Products for which the Customer wishes to make use of the right of withdrawal;
    c) the progressive order number issued at the time of purchase;
    d) the data relating to the customer's bank account, only if the customer has made the payment by advance bank transfer and cash on delivery.

This communication can be sent, again within the aforementioned term of 10 (ten) days, also by e-mail, telegram and fax.

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, hz-area.com will refund in full the price of the Products only as long as they are returned by the Customer in normal condition and in their original packaging complete with all parts (including manuals, tags and any other element originally present) and only if the above return instructions are correctly respected.hz-area.com reserves the right to refuse the return of those Products that do not comply with these requirements. Refunds will be made using the methods expressed in the "Payments" section based on the type of payment used for the purchase. Delivery costs for returning the Products are charged to the Customer; any cost incurred by the Customer for the return will not be refundable.Each delivery will contain easy instructions for the return of the Products.hz-area.com undertakes to promptly reimburse the Customer no later than 30 days from the date of the return of the Products.hz- area.com will send an e-mail confirming the refund. hz-area.com will not be responsible for reimbursement or compensation relating to Products returned but which have never been received by hz-area.com due to loss, theft or damage that are not attributable to hz-area.com. If the Customer wishes to modify or cancel the order presented, he must promptly send an e-mail to info@hz-area.com. Once the Product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled or modified until the shipped goods have been returned to hz-area.com. In this case, reference is made to the rules on returns described above.

11. Product Replacementù

hz-area.com intends to provide Customers with the possibility to replace the Products purchased through the Site. To obtain the replacement of a Product, it is necessary to follow the procedure indicated below. The Customer who is not fully satisfied must keep all the documentation relating to the delivery and the Product itself in its original packaging complete with all its parts (including manuals, tags and any other element originally present) and immediately contact hz-area.com by e-mail to the following address: info@hz-area.com The Product to be replaced must be sent, in normal condition, to the following address: SeeCle VIA GARDA, N. 3, 30027, San Dona 'Di Piave, Venice - Italy. The fulfillment of the new order is subject to the availability of the Products and / or Services requested. The shipping costs and the responsibility for returning the Product are borne by the Customer. The replacement Product will be sent to the Customer only after hz-area.com has received the product to be replaced. The new shipment will take place by courier without any charge of the relative shipping costs.

12. Lack of conformity

In the event of lack of conformity of Products sold by hz-area.com, the Customer must immediately contact hz-area.com at the email address info@hz-area.com. The legal guarantees provided for in articles 129, 130 and 132 of the Consumer Code apply to the sale of the Products. The Customer has the right to restore, without charge, the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement or to an adequate reduction in the price or to terminate the contract. The Customer loses these rights if he does not report the lack of conformity to hz-area.com within two months from the date on which he discovered the defect. The direct action to assert the defects not maliciously concealed by hz-area.com is prescribed, in any case, within twenty-six months from the delivery of the goods.

13. Errors

The information relating to the Products provided on the Site is provided by the respective manufacturers and constantly updated.
However, the complete absence of errors cannot be guaranteed.

hz-area.com reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions even after an order has been sent and also to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

14. Applicable law and competent court

These General Conditions are governed by Italian law and must be interpreted in accordance with Italian law.

For disputes arising from the interpretation, validity and / or execution of these General Conditions, the mandatory territorial jurisdiction will be that of the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in the Italian territory.
